Service · Get booked

Ads that earn their budget.

Most small business Facebook ads run for months with nobody watching them. We build campaigns for the jobs you want more of, test them, and cut what isn't working every week. You set the budget and pay Meta directly. We never touch the spend.

  • Weekly testing and trimming
  • Your account, your budget
  • No markup on ad spend
  • $1,190 per month, Front Office

In short

Almanac Office builds and runs Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for Utah service businesses, targeted to the towns they serve and tuned every week: new ads tested, weak ones paused, budget moved to what brings in jobs. The owner sets the budget and pays Meta directly from their own ad account, and the spend is never marked up. It's part of the Front Office plan at $1,190/month.

The setup

Built around jobs, not likes.

The goal is booked work. Followers, reach, and "engagement" are only worth anything if they turn into calls and quote requests.

01 · Offer

One job per campaign.

"Sprinkler blowouts in Layton this October" beats "We do everything." Each campaign sells one job to the people likely to need it.

02 · Area

Only where you drive.

Targeted to the towns and ZIP codes you serve. No paying to show a Provo ad to someone in Logan.

03 · Creative

Real photos, plain words.

Your trucks, your crew, your before-and-afters. Short copy that says what, where, and how much. Several versions so the numbers can pick the winner.

04 · Response

Calls or lead forms.

Urgent jobs get a call button. Planned jobs get a short lead form inside Facebook. Every lead reaches you by text, and with Front Office, calls you miss get answered by the AI receptionist.

05 · Tracking

Cost per lead, honestly.

We track what each lead costs and, with your help, which ones turned into jobs. Clicks alone don't count.

06 · Seasons

On when demand is.

Utah demand swings hard: AC in July, furnaces in January, hail repairs after a storm. Budget follows the season instead of running flat all year.

Each week

Test, trim, repeat.

  1. 01

    Account and tracking

    First week

Your own Meta ad account and business page connected, with tracking on your site's quote and call buttons. If you already have an account, we audit what's running first.

  2. 02

    Launch tests

    Week two

Two or three campaigns for the jobs you want, each with a few ad versions. You approve the ads before they run.

  3. 03

    Trim weekly

    Every week

Ads above your target cost per lead get paused. Budget moves to what's working. New versions replace the losers.

  4. 04

    Report weekly

    Every Friday

Spend, leads, cost per lead, and what changed this week, in plain language, in your weekly report.

Worth knowing

Ads rent attention. SEO builds it.

Ads are the fastest way to make the phone ring next week, and they stop working the day you stop paying. Your local SEO pages and reviews keep working after you stop. That's why Front Office includes both, and why we'd tell you to pause ads if your schedule is already full.

No promises on results. Ad costs depend on your trade, your area, the season, and how many other businesses are bidding. We'll tell you what we see after the first few weeks, including if ads aren't worth it for you.

Price and plan

In Front Office, $1,190/month.

Front Office is the Found plan plus the AI receptionist, Meta ads management, and a weekly report. Ad spend is separate, paid by you to Meta, at whatever level you choose.

Month to month, no contract, no markup on spend. Full details on the pricing page.

FAQ

Ad questions.

How much should I spend on Facebook ads?

Start with a monthly amount you could lose without it hurting, and give it a few weeks before judging. We'll suggest a starting budget from your average job value and how many jobs you can take, but you set it and you can change it anytime.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. Spend goes on your card, straight to Meta, in your own ad account. Our fee is the Front Office plan price, and it doesn't grow when your budget does.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. The ad account, the Facebook page, the audiences, and the results stay yours. We work in it as a partner, and you can remove us anytime.

Should I use lead forms or have people call?

It depends on the job. Calls usually suit urgent work like a broken AC. Lead forms work for planned jobs like a deep clean or a new patio, and the leads come in faster but colder, so speed of follow-up matters. We usually test both.

Are ads better than SEO?

They're different. Ads can bring calls this week, and they stop the day you stop paying. SEO and reviews are slower but keep working. Most businesses do best with both, which is why Front Office includes the Found plan.
