Checked every week.
We look at what each agent drafted, what you sent, and what you edited or skipped. A rising edit rate is the first sign an agent needs work.
Service · After the Jumpstart
The Jumpstart gets your agents running. AI Operator keeps them that way. Software updates, prices change, the season turns, and the business picks up new jobs. We stay on, fix what breaks, keep every agent current, and hand off one more job each month.
In short
AI Operator is Almanac Office's monthly plan for service businesses that already have AI agents from an AI Jumpstart. For $399 a month, month to month, we watch the agents and fix them within one business day when a tool changes, keep your prices, hours, and policies current in every agent, add one new agent each month, and send a one-page review of what the agents did. The agents and prompts stay in your accounts if you cancel.
Why it exists
An agent set up in March is quoting March prices in July unless someone updates it. Nobody has time to be that someone, so the agent quietly gets worse and the team stops trusting it.
Every month
We look at what each agent drafted, what you sent, and what you edited or skipped. A rising edit rate is the first sign an agent needs work.
When a connection breaks or an agent gets something wrong, text or email us. It's fixed within one business day, and we tell you what caused it.
Send us the new price sheet, hours, or policy once. We update every agent that uses it and test it before it goes live.
The next job off your plate: seasonal reminders, review-reply drafts, a weekly cash summary, or the back-office agent. Or a better version of one you already use.
When an agent's drafts have gone out unedited for weeks, we suggest letting routine messages send on their own. You decide. Anything about money or complaints still asks you.
What the agents handled, what stalled, what we fixed, and what we'd hand off next. Short enough to read on your phone between jobs.
How agents earn more freedom is explained on the AI Jumpstart page and in how to use AI in your small business.
Ground rules
Agents run in your AI account and connect to your tools with your permission. You can see every setting and revoke access anytime. Cancel and the agents keep working.
A new agent always starts on drafts. We never switch an agent to sending on its own without your yes.
Agents don't move money, file taxes, run payroll, or sign anything. They draft and remind; you or your bookkeeper act.
Your AI subscription is paid to that company in your name. The $399 covers our work, nothing else.
Price
Starts after your AI Jumpstart ($750, money back if it doesn't save you time). No contract and no notice period. See every offer on the pricing page.
FAQ
Yes. AI Operator looks after agents that already exist, and the Jumpstart is where we set them up with your price sheet, services, and the way you talk to customers. If you already built your own agents, tell us and we'll look at them in the free audit.
One job handed off: drafting quotes for a new service, a seasonal reminder campaign, a weekly cash summary, a review-reply draft. If a bigger job takes longer, we tell you before we start.
Tell us by text or email, or we spot it in the weekly check. We fix it within one business day. Most breaks come from a tool changing its settings or a connection expiring.
No. Your AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, or another) is paid to that company in your name, typically around $20 to $30 per user per month for a business plan. We never resell it or mark it up.
Anytime, with no notice period. Every agent, prompt, and cheat sheet lives in your own accounts, so they keep working after you leave. You just stop getting fixes and new ones.
Tell us what eats your week and what software you run on. Within 48 hours you get a one-page AI audit: where the time goes, what your tools allow, and the first three agents we'd set up. No call required.
