Privacy policy.
Short version: we only have what you send us, and we use it only to answer you. Last updated October 1, 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in the audit or Jumpstart form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, website, email, and message. If you email us, we receive your email.
This site does not use advertising trackers or set cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous page views (the page, referring site, country, and device type) without cookies and without identifying you. Our host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare the audit or session you asked for, and, if you become a client, to do the work. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
The services that run this site and our email (our web host, our form provider if one is used, and our email provider) process it on our behalf. When we prepare an audit, we may use AI tools to analyze your public website and listings; we don't put private information you've sent us into tools that train on it.
Client data
If you become a client, how we handle your business's and your customers' data is covered in your client agreement. Your data stays yours, and we hand it all back if you leave.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep audit requests for as long as they're useful for following up, and no longer than two years. Email hello@almanacoffice.com and we'll delete what we have about you.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
